What each column means

The paydown row is the amount that leaves Equitable's loan-to-value and debt yield exactly where they stand today. Where a partial sale is neutral to them on both tests, the row says so — that is the argument to put in writing when you ask for the discharge. Retained equity is the value of what you keep, less the debt left behind.
